LHH is seeking a detail-oriented
Operations Admin to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our logistics team.

Location: Webster, TX (Zip Code 77058) - 100% Onsite
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $19-$20/hr (DOE)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
This is a
contract-to-hire role based 100% onsite in Webster, TX. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills and basic Excel experience. Prior exposure to the logistics or transportation industry is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities: - Clerical Support: Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Data Entry: Enter shipment and logistics information into internal systems
- Document Management: Organize and process shipment-related paperwork
- Basic Coordination: Assist the operations team with routine tasks such as scheduling or updating records
- Internal Communication: Respond to team emails and provide timely updates
Minimum Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or transportation is a plus
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- Organized and dependable
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
Technical Requirements: - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Willingness to learn company systems and procedures
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
