Job Description
The Operations Administrator IT is responsible for working in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), which provides 24/7 monitoring, service restoration, and operational support. This position involves administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management. Responsibilities include loading and unloading tapes, cataloging tapes, preparing tapes for shipping, and burning CDs. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the creation of knowledge articles and ongoing documentation functions, supporting technical staff with tasks, backups, user requests, and other EOC-related activities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- 2-4 years of experience providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management
- Knowledge of servers, how app. work, and can read code
- ServiceNow Ticketing experience - Prior NOC Tech. experience null
