Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance Position Level: Mid to Senior-Level (Equivalent to GS-13/14 or O-4/O-5) Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree but will consider associates degree with an additional three (3) years of practical experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience at Higher Headquarters organization (e.g. MAJCOM, equivalent, or above) Position Overview:
This position supports the INDOPACOM J44 Engineering Division in the development and integration of Joint engineer planning and operational support across the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility. The role is directly aligned with mission tasks 3.5.3: Assessment of Combat Readiness and 3.6.2: CONPLAN and OPLAN Assessment, and contributes to the preparation of engineer support plans, force structure assessments, and theater posture synchronization.
The successful candidate will provide technical analysis to support contingency, crisis action, and current operations planning while identifying Joint engineer capability gaps and supporting the formulation of strategic engineer solutions in coordination with multiple U.S. military components and interagency partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed engineering assessments and recommendations in support of operational planning teams, crisis action teams, and ongoing current operations.

• Analyze Joint force laydown concepts to determine facility and infrastructure requirements that support operational objectives.

• Deliver expert recommendations to senior J44 leadership regarding the employment and integration of engineering capabilities across the theater.

• Develop Joint engineer support plans and annexes aligned with the INDOPACOM family of plans (OPLANs, Theater Campaign Plan, Logistics Support Plan).

• Support development of engineer force requirements in conjunction with the Indo-Pacific Posture construction program and contingency operations.

• Establish and refine processes and business rules to monitor and evaluate engineering activities and operational impacts across the region. Required Qualifications:

• Background in military engineering, civil works, or operational planning at the Joint or component level.

• Strong understanding of Joint doctrine, contingency planning processes (e.g., CONPLANs, OPLANs), and Theater Campaign Planning.
