Operating Room Nurse Manager

My client is a leading regional healthcare system recognized for clinical excellence, innovation, and a commitment to quality care. They are are currently seeking a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room at their state-of-the-art facility. This full-time, day-shift role is ideal for a strong RN leader with a proven track record in perioperative nursing and team leadership.

Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage daily operations of the Main OR, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care
Allocate staff and resources effectively based on surgical case volume and acuity
Support and mentor OR nurses, charge nurses, and support staff in clinical and leadership development
Collaborate with surgical services leadership to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with safety standards
Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to overall department performance goals

Requirements:
New Jersey RN license
BSN required
Minimum of 3 years of OR experience; prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage staff, coordinate resources, and uphold clinical standards in a high-volume surgical setting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills

Please note- The annual base salary range is $100k to $125k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
