We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Operating Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of startup ecosystems, a proven track record in fundraising and financial management, and a passion for driving social impact and equity in education and workforce development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and growth of our organization, leveraging their experience in scaling early-stage ventures to drive success.

Responsibilities:

As a Operating Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.

2. Leveraging your understanding of startup ecosystems to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

3. Leading fundraising efforts and managing financial operations to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our organization.

4. Driving social impact and promoting equity in education and workforce development through our services and initiatives.

5. Scaling our early-stage ventures and overseeing their growth and development.

6. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.

7. Providing leadership and mentorship to our team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Operating Partner position will have the following qualifications:

A strong understanding of startup ecosystems, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.

Experience in fundraising and financial management, with a demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage financial operations effectively.

A passion for driving social impact and promoting equity in education and workforce development.

A track record of successfully scaling early-stage ventures, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and development.

Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
