The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia invites applications for a one-year full-time, open-rank academic general faculty member (non-tenure eligible) to teach in the Marketing area. This will be a one-year appointment beginning August 2025 without the opportunity for renewal. This position will entail teaching 18 credit hours.

Qualifiations

Candidates must have, or expect to have by August 2025, a Master's degree in a suitable field; however, a Ph.D. is highly preferred. All candidates must have previous, relevant teaching experience commensurate with the rank they are seeking. The topics the applicant will be required to teach at a high level include the following:

  • Marketing Research
  • Customer Analytics
  • Business Statistics
  • Principles of Marketing
