As an Open Platforms Digital Verification Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a new proposition for Barclays. Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products/services, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, and to develop product strategy. Drive change through Barclays' execution teams, make key decisions, and own outcomes related to customers, colleagues, and the bank, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and controls.
Accountabilities
- Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions
- Be a Subject Matter Expert within the Product/Proposition team, guiding stakeholders on product and journey applications
- Develop product propositions and service strategies, defining priorities and leading execution
- Understand financial drivers to develop commercial and business models
- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks for new products
- Monitor market trends and feedback to refine products pre-launch
- Manage launch plans, including timelines, marketing, training, and communication
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption, usage, satisfaction, and revenue
