Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Float Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional physical therapy services across multiple outpatient clinics within our network. This role requires a flexible and enthusiastic professional who thrives in diverse clinical scenarios and is committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the outpatient setting.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
Adapt treatment strategies to meet the specific needs of patients across various outpatient clinics.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide coverage and support across different outpatient facilities as needed.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to travel between different outpatient facilities within the network.
