JOB SUMMARY:
The Onsite Manager oversees the day-to-day output environment needs of customers, collaborating closely with client contacts, end-users, and other resources to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Frequently utilizes advanced Excel features in this position.
Requirements:
- NO C2C Only W-2
- Must have advanced user experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, and VLookups) and be willing to complete assessment.
- Must have experience with office printers.
- Must have done software driver implementations, network management, IP protocols, and basic network protocols
- Working experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Strong customer service experience
- Help Desk experience
