Job Description
A large resort and casino is looking for a Project Manager II to sit on site in a hybrid fashion to support the continuous projects within the Information Technology group and the organization continues to scale. The projects will include but not be limited to software/infrastructure upgrades, software integration, guest facing technology implementation, and mobile application requirements gathering and design for budget. On a day to day this person will develop projects plans, assist in the resource & financial budget estimation process, generate weekly/monthly project status reports, monitor resource hours, and perform risk management analysis on assigned projects. It will be expected that this person has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different types of teams like IT and Finance as well as assemble teams and run a project charter. Skills and Requirements
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued from the Project Management
Institute (PMI)
- Ability to manage 2-3 high complexity projects in parallel
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Knowledge of project portfolio management such as MS Project Server Bachelors Degree null
