The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material handling, inventory management, and forklift operations, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory storage, space utilization, and material handling. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (up to 30,000 lbs all-terrain), reach trucks, and pallet jacks (certification required Execute end-to-end shipping and receiving processes: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders; identify and report discrepancies within SAP. Perform periodic physical inventories and reconcile with SAP inventory records. Monitor stock levels; recommend adjustments for obsolete, excess, or restocked materials. Communicate warehouse capacity or limitations and propose solutions to optimize operations. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Project teams to ensure order fulfillment and operational efficiency. Coordinate with Logistics teams and external suppliers for pickups, deliveries, and routing. Consistently meet or exceed Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality (SDCQ) performance targets. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of warehouse and material handling experience. 7+ years operating forklifts (up to 30,000 lb all-terrain forklifts Certifications: Valid forklift operator certification. Systems Knowledge: SAP system experience for inventory and warehouse management. Other Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in English. Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvements. Must align work hours with warehouse operational hours. Must provide own steel-toed boots. High school diploma or equivalent required.
