This role is ideal for a highly skilled and proactive professional with a strong background in business analysis, solution design, and IT project delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that drive business performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, flexible, and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges. Facilitate communication between IT and business units to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to improve processes, applying industry best practices and emerging technologies. Lead requirement gathering sessions using techniques like process mapping; manage conflicting requirements and ensure traceability. Oversee or create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Support solution development and configuration, including Salesforce and reporting tools. Perform and coordinate testing activities in partnership with the QA team. Deliver high-quality training to end users and support change management initiatives. Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert within the team. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, or related roles. Demonstrated success implementing robust and scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce integration, native reporting tools, and external reporting systems. Strong background in data mapping and data migration projects. Prior experience in the tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus. Certifications (Preferred) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) Key Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization and across multiple functions. Approximately 15% travel may be required.
