The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design methodologies, front-end development, and design systems. This role will involve close collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure that intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces are delivered. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user needs, define requirements, and derive business processes. Design and develop browser-based interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate daily with the development team to build and enhance web components for the design system. Create UI anatomy diagrams and design specifications for new web components. Support the creation and maintenance of design toolkits (Figma, Axure, XD, etc. Contribute to the integration and upkeep of design tokens within the design system. Facilitate user discovery sessions and usability testing (formal and informal Design and refine interactive prototypes for validation and testing. Document user requirements, interface designs, and usability recommendations. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in interaction/interface design with a focus on user-centered methodologies. At least 3 years of front-end development experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript Strong knowledge of user experience principles and usability best practices. Experience with modern prototyping tools, especially Axure RP (preferably version 10) and Figma. Demonstrated ability to present findings and design recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and working with design tokens. Familiarity with Git for version control. Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
