Online Inspector

Schedule:
•   Monday-Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
•   Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Job Summary: As an Online Inspector , you'll play a key role in the screen printing process-monitoring production to catch defects early and ensure products meet strict quality standards. Your attention to detail will help maintain the company's commitment to delivering excellence to customers worldwide. Responsibilities:
•   Inspect parts at setup to ensure dimensions and specifications match approved prints
•   Verify color registration and fit to templates
•   Confirm settings align with job routing requirements
•   Read and follow job routings and quality plans
•   Complete density and gloss charts accurately
•   Audit in-process jobs and report defects or discrepancies
•   Continuously monitor product for quality compliance
•   Communicate issues clearly to operators and leadership Qualifications:
•   High school diploma or equivalent
•   Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
•   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job orders
•   Proficiency using computers and willingness to learn new software
•   Strong math and problem-solving skills
•   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements:
•   Stand or walk continuously; occasional sitting
•   Lift up to 40 lbs. to shoulder height; team lift up to 80 lbs.
•   Push or pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
•   Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers
•   20/20 corrected vision and accurate color vision required Work Environment:
•   Continuous exposure to moderate to loud noise, chemicals, fumes, and moving objects
•   Occasional exposure to heat and varying work heights
•   May rarely be exposed to outdoor conditions or sudden temperature changes
