Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Online Faculty at Learners University College. The Online Faculty will be responsible for delivering online learning modules, engaging with students virtually, providing feedback on assignments, and facilitating discussions. This role requires a commitment to fostering a supportive and interactive online learning environment by improving student engagement and participation.
Qualifications
- PhD in any Management preferably in Finance/Accounts/Commerce from a reputed institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in online teaching or instructional design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of online learning platforms and tools
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to students
- Experience in mentoring or coaching students
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
