Online Client Advisor - Los Angeles, CA Onsite Full-Time Sales & Wellness Industry
Salary: $68K plus quarterly commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Job Summary: My client is looking for an energetic, results-driven
Online Client Advisor to deliver a luxury sales experience via
phone, chat, email, and other digital tools.
You'll be the
first point of contact for clients-guiding them through wellness products and services. This role blends
wellness knowledge, digital communication, and exceptional customer care across
B2C and B2B segments.
What You'll Do: - Hit quarterly sales targets (including Digital Solutions)
- Manage inbound & outbound interactions (B2C + B2B)
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Provide personalized, supportive remote shopping experiences
- Follow up on marketing leads & generate new opportunities
- Understand client wellness goals and recommend solutions
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to keep data accurate
- Oversee full process: order ? delivery ? customer satisfaction
- Share client & market feedback with relevant teams
Qualifications: - Strong communication and listening skills (written + verbal)
- Experience in high-quality client service & team collaboration
- Consultative sales experience with a long-term relationship focus
- Passion for fitness and wellness
- Problem-solver with negotiation skills and resilience
- Fluent in English
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
