Oncology Account Specialist
Territory will be covering the greater Knoxville, TN area
Meet has partnered with a well-established, global biopharmaceutical company that is looking for an Oncology Account Specialist to join their team. We've placed several candidates within this company's Oncology Sales group and they've all had phenomenal things to say about the team's culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company's Oncology product portfolio in the US marketplace
- Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned sales goals in your assigned territory (Knoxville, TN)
- Develop robust territory business plans, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with relevant customers
- Communicate a thorough understanding of disease states and the company's brand
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Roughly 5+ years of experience selling oncology drugs
- Currently based in the Knoxville, TN territory
- Proven background of being a high performer (high quota attainment, President's Club )
Compensation
- Base Salary: $165-190k
- Sales Bonus: $46k for 100% quota attainment, up to 300% quote attainment will be paid
- 6% guaranteed 401k match with an additional variable % added as a profit-sharing incentive
- Company vehicle with fuel stipend provided
