Ensures compliance with regulations and supports staff development through training and performance improvement systems.
Requirements include a Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred) and 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential for managing multiple departments and achieving fiscal goals.
Full-time position located at CRMH, with day shift hours and occasional meetings.
