Practice Setting
- Treat an adult-only patient base
- Supported by 2 RNs, 5 radiation therapists, 1 dosimetrist, and 1 physicist
- Collaborate alongside another experienced physician
Schedule
- Monday-Friday daytime clinic hours
- Occasional weeknight and weekend call coverage when needed (no onsite requirement for weekends)
- Built-in breaks between assignment weeks
- $3500 daily, $600 pager
- 1.5x OT, 437.50/hr for call back
Procedures and Cases
- Handle a mix of 3D Treatments, IMRT, and SBRT/SRS therapies
- Conduct simulations, consults, follow-ups, and OTVs
- Focused on modern radiation therapy techniques
Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiation Oncology
- Active Illinois medical license and DEA/CSR required
- BLS certification needed
- At least 12 months of clinical experience
