DATES NEEDED Radiation Oncology (Rad Onc)
•   J uly/August start ongoing, 6-12+ months
•   Open to full or part-time availability POSITION DETAILS Radiation Oncology (Rad Onc)
•   Need locum coverage onsite beginning August 2025 (or sooner) Will be 3-5 days/week. One preferred, but can consider multiple candidates if needed
•   Will primarily be working at main site in Eau Claire, they do have a sister facility that will utilize locums provider on as needed basis
•   Patient Volume: Main site - on treatment 31, consults 2-3; Sister site - on treatment 15; 2 Consults
•   Required Procedures: CT Simulation including DIBH, Photon Radiotherapy including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS
•   APP Support/Supervision: NP/PA, MA, RN's - Team structure: 2 MD (1on Leave Sept-Dec); 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 2 Physicists, Dosimetry Pool, 8 RTTs; La Crosse: 1 MD, 1 APP, 1.5 RN, 1 Physicist, Dosimetry Pool, 6 RTT
•   EMR: EPIC and dictation/voice recognition. Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning
•   Client Requirements: Board Cert, BLS ACLS
•   Credentialing: 75 days
•   Travel, lodging, malpractice covered
