MercyOne Dubuque is in need of a Radiation Oncologist to provide FULL TIME coverage as soon as possible.

Schedule:
•  Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
•  No call
•   Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only . Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block . Details:

•  Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
•  Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
•  Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1
•  Trauma Level 2
•  Adult patients
•  EMR: Aria
•  Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days Required procedures:
•  Conventional Radiotherapy
•  3D Radiotherapy
•  External Beam Radiation - IMRT
•  External Beam Radiation - IGRT
•  External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
•  Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
•  Stereotactic Radiosurgery
•  Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
•  Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Submission Requirements
•  Board Certified
•  Active IA license or IMLC
•  COVID Vaccine
•  MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time
