Job Title: Radiation Oncologist

Job Responsibilities:
  • Full-time position with 80 hours per pay period
  • Provide a wide range of Radiation Oncology services to patients
  • Collaborate with the Oncology Service Line Administrator and staff effectively
  • Perform clinical care tasks including consultations, outpatient clinic work, and inpatient rounding
  • Exercise good judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Utilize advanced radiation oncology techniques and technologies
  • Meet criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges
  • Flexibly prioritize multiple responsibilities while working effectively under pressure
Qualifications:
  • BC/BE in Radiation Oncology
  • Fellowship-trained in Radiation Oncology
  • Experience in radiation oncology preferred, including advanced skills in 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, SAbR, SRS, 4DCT, and DIBH
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Experience with software interfaces such as Aria, Mosaiq, and EPIC
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and stretch frequently
  • Adequate hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and fine motor skills
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within the last 2 years in Radiation Oncology
  • Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Copy of the NPDB self-query report required
  • Clean malpractice history/background mandatory
