Job Opportunity: Physician - Oncology in Coos Bay, OR

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist to join our renowned cancer center, serving as the primary hub for top-tier cancer care across the southern coast of Oregon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accepting part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates.
- BE (within 2 years) / BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology required.
- Preferred experience in Radiation Oncology or an excellent recent graduate.
- Manage an outpatient clinic with 10-15 patients per day.
- Conduct only outpatient clinic visits; no inpatient consults.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art, new 19-chair infusion room.
- Collaborate with onsite mixing pharmacy and nurse navigation.
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, primarily critical lab calls.
- Engage in leading-edge clinical trials affiliated with Oregon Health & Sciences University.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 2 years) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Willingness to obtain an Oregon state medical license.
- Experience in Radiation Oncology is highly preferred.
- BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must have ties to Oregon, such as family or prior residence in the state.
- Clean background with no malpractice claims is highly preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology - Required
- Current Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain - Required
- BLS - Required
