Locum to Perm: Hem/Onc - Coos Bay, OR Assignment Dates

Position Details - Accepting both part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates
- Outpatient only, no inpatient consults
- Clinic at free-standing cancer center with 19-chair infusion room and onsite mixing pharmacy
- Radiation Oncology onsite
- Average Patients per Day: 10-15
- 1:4 call, primarily critical lab calls (including one weekend)
- 8-hour shifts
- Collaborative affiliation with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and member of OHSU Knight Cancer Network
Submissions Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Oregon license or willingness to obtain: Required
- BLS certification or willingness to obtain: Required
- Ties to Oregon (family or previous residency): Required
- Indicate preference for part-time or full-time employment in submission
