COMPENSATION AND PERK - Guaranteed Salary + Production ($1M+ total Compensation)
- $45,000 Sign-On Bonus

- APP Oversight Compensation: $7,500/year

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Modern clinic completed in 2018, featuring advanced imaging, Radiation Oncology, lab services, and a 14-chair infusion center
- Monday-Friday schedule, with the potential for flexible hours
- Outpatient-only position, with no inpatient rounding required
- Telephonic call shared equally between physicians and APPs, typically 0-3 calls over a 24-hour period
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Board-certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Strong desire to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
