Title : Onboarding & Systems Integration Specialist
Location : Greensboro, NC
Rate : $30 to $33 - hourly
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a Client Implementations Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation activities for enterprise-level systems, processes, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful client integrations, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing a smooth transition experience for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with top-tier communication and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems and services.
- Develop and execute certification and testing plans that align with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate product needs and timelines between internal teams and clients.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure thorough documentation of test results and defects.
- Perform system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality assurance and help refine testing processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including:
- 3+ years in client onboarding/integration
- 3+ years in testing support for internally developed applications
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems, IBM MQ, and Connect:Direct.
- Strong understanding of XML used in messaging.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Project.
- Proven understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to build strong client relationships and guide them through decision-making.
- Experience developing test cases and implementation project plans.
- Demonstrated skill in improving testing metrics and reporting outcomes effectively.
