Location: Remote - Anywhere in the contiguous United States
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $20.00/hour .
Job Summary The Data Hygiene Specialist will partner with the On-call Team Lead to audit, update, and maintain the Salesforce database as needed. They will also verify accuracy of data received from third-party vendors or data sourced internally. This is an on-call position working up to 20 hours per week.
Essential Job Functions - Complete Salesforce Database Hygiene Projects.
- Audit and update account records with documentation support.
- Audit and update Salesforce with account details (industry, company size, descriptions, etc.).
- Verify data sourced from third parties and record discrepancies in Excel.
Basic Qualifications - Business experience with MS Office.
Preferred Skills & Experience - Experience with Excel regarding data manipulation and reporting.
- Salesforce experience
- Proficiency in email and MS Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis practices.
- Great attention to detail.
