On-Call Pool Receptionist to be available to substitute throughout the school year. Candidates must be available to answer their phone Monday through Friday between 6:15 am and 8:00 am on days when school is in-session. The assignments will be at various elementary, middle, and high schools throughout Madison between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $24.34 per hour. Please keep in mind there are no guaranteed hours for this role.

Responsibilities: - Answer a multiline phone and direct to the appropriate person.
- Greet and welcome staff, students, and visitors.
- Communicate and deal effectively with students, staff, parents and the general community.
- Assist with entering attendance records.
- Assist students and staff with various administrative needs.
- Perform other duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications: - HS diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years in an office setting required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
