Vacancy Description
Be the key driver for order management across all networks.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage customer enquiries and orders to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
- Partner with the performance analyst to ensure company finance, inventory and ordering are met.
- Follow up delivery flows from product request to final delivery to ensure deadlines are met including external vendors.
- Manage cross-border and cross-network transfers when necessary.
- Allocate daily stock between networks according to market recommendations.
Support Boutiques and POS Operations
- Follow up product reservations.
- Claims consolidation and submission.
- Perform regular stock returns according to markets recommendations.
- Involvement in special projects to optimise supply chain flow.
- Regularly visit local Boutiques and build relationships with external partners within the scope of responsibilities.
Monitoring
- Ensure smooth operations, clean stock and orders throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze complex situations and determine best solutions for troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency in our current processes.
Product Operations Support
- Constantly strive to optimise existing flows and processes.
- Champion the team across the business / Be an ambassador for your team.
- Cross functional support - be able to support other team members.
