Purpose of Position:
As an Omnichannel Operations Analyst, your job will be to understand and optimize a diverse portfolio of Omnichannel fulfillment. You will be helping to maintain and update data to grow the assortment of items our customers can see on our website and control how customers can interact with these products. This role will streamline consignment processing with internal stores, monitor purchase order creation with external partners, and track performance on order fulfillment. You will also assist the product information team to correct and validate vendor and product data that is negatively affecting order performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Omnichannel Operations Team in streamlining paperwork for internal consignment processing
Communicate with store receiving departments, merchants, and external vendors for various reasons in the Omnichannel order lifecycle
Review purchase order information and track performance for orders sent to vendors
Assist the dropship team to prepare item and vendor data in the vendor onboarding process
Assist the dropship team to respond quickly to order errors before customers are affected
Coordinate with the product information team as needed in the new item setup process
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Omnichannel Operations.
Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
Relevant experience in Order Management (particularly fulfillment) and/or Supply Chain management
Experience working directly in SAP, SPS, or other ERP Order fulfillment software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required - particularly Excel
Effective team skills - collaborative working style
Demonstrates great analytical and problem-solving skills
Has good understanding of supply chain: drop ship, organizational structures, and key metrics.
