About
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
Please note that this is a technical production role, so someone looking for a strategic digital marketing role will not be a viable fit. In addition, fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.
Role Overview
As an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless customer journeys across multiple platforms. Working closely with brand, digital, and IT teams, you will oversee campaign execution, technology integrations, and data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and support critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution in line with brand strategies, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Act as the central point of contact between strategists, brand teams, creative agencies, and vendors to drive efficient planning, production, and deployment of marketing assets.
- Manage and optimise workflows, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects, leveraging Agile practices to enhance execution speed and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and implement improvements in production processes, using data-driven insights and emerging technologies to continually refine marketing operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing operations and omnichannel campaign management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
- Confident project management skills, with experience in coordinating resources, tracking budgets, and driving delivery across multiple digital platforms and tools (experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, and SFMC is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for simplifying complex processes while focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in high-energy environments, prioritise multiple tasks, embrace Agile methodologies, and use marketing performance data to inform decision-making.
