Oklahoma ER RN

Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care to assigned patients. Supervises other clinical staff and may act as a charge nurse. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, provides education, and ensures effective communication within the care team. Demonstrates competencies in utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BLS certification, RN license, and 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Full-time position with work schedule to be determined.
