• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
• Project manages large IT modernization projects through agile methodologies
• Manage project budget and spend plan
• Perform management of project schedule and resources
• Manage application development projects and facilitates sprint releases
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
• Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)

Scope of Services for State Term contract (STC) Job 8220 The department of children and families (the "department " or "DCF ") is seeking qualified candidates that will assist the office of information technology (OITS) in their daily operations, support, and services. The services requested in the following request for quote (RFQ) will be procured in accordance with the department of management services (DMS) state term contracts (STC), entitled information technology staff augmentation services, -21- STC-ITSA and -22-STC-ITSA.
The term for this staff augmentation position is intended to be until June 30, 2024. The term for this engagement may be extended for a period not to exceed twelve months from the expiration of the state term contract contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance. The department may select one or more candidates in this position. Candidates available immediately are preferred. Candidates can either work part-time or full-time. The number of weeks is dependent upon available budget.
