O.H.S.O. FOH Hourly Manager

Pay Range
$22-$25/hr

Description

Guest Engagement (touching tables, greeting guests, guest recovery when needed, working with Hosts on Hellos and Goodbyes)
Staff Engagement and Support (ensuring staff is on time, uniform audits, filling in any deficiencies, etc.)
Food and Beverage Quality Control (running food, bussing tables, running drinks, auditing food/drink ticket times, labels on prepped product)
Ambiance Audits (temperature, music volume, tv coverage, lighting)
Safety Audits (wet floors, debris, trip hazards, etc.)
Supply/Cleanliness Audits (Restrooms, expo stations, bar service well, server wells
Proactive Thinking (Upcoming reservations/events for the shift, properly staffed for the PM shift, new beers on tap, 86 list audit, etc.)

WHO WE ARE

O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Little O's Marketplace is a laid back, casual, but fast paced restaurant and bar. Associated with our big brother, O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles. At Little O's, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. In addition to our great menu, we also serve coffee, donuts and great 'grab
• n go' items. This funky neighborhood hangout is sure to bring people together with good food, good beer and of course, dogs.
