Starting salary is $19.25 per hour. Function : Follow established proceduresthat guide and support ahighly organized process Make ready and operate offset printing press withOffset First Pressman Follow job ticket to determine print quantity, stock specifications, colors and special printing instructions Perform proper cleaning and required maintenance of the press Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Must be willing to commit long termas we are looking for team-oriented individuals Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts Demonstrate a cooperative manner and thedesire topromotegood team interaction Displaycommitment to followallcompanypolicies and procedures Consistently practice reliabilityandthewillingnessto assist others as needed NOTE : Ability tolift45Lbs. 2+ years' experience as Pressman with an in-depth knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of a Heidelberg XL106 Printing Press or equivalent.â 2 years' experience with color printing (4-color preferably) Must be able to perform physical duties of position such as unpacking paper and building press ready pallets requiring lifting, pushing, pulling and handlingup to 45lbs.
