Responsibilities

  • Oversee copy/print production, ensure quality control, and manage related supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations, including FedEx and internal deliveries
  • Lead meeting room and hoteling setup, maintaining client-ready spaces and managing daily schedules
  • Manage pantry operations, including food deliveries, stock rotation, kitchen upkeep, and coffee equipment
  • Support onsite catering and client events, handling orders, setup, and inventory of food and beverages
  • Conduct floor walks, address ad hoc service needs, and compile weekly metrics and reports for leadership

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a professional services, hospitality, or legal setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
