Responsibilities
- Handle daily mail runs, track packages, process outgoing shipments, and manage print, copy, and scanning tasks, ensuring quality control
- Set up food/snacks for meetings, maintain pantries and conference rooms, and provide backup reception support, including greeting guests and handling calls
- Oversee office setups, furniture staging, and maintenance coordination while ensuring workspaces remain functional
- Maintain stock levels for office supplies, restock shared spaces, and process special orders with vendors
- Manage third-party services for shipping, messenger requests, off-site printing, and collaborate with building management for on-site maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal print
- Previous managerial experience overseeing office services, print operations, or client relations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
