We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. The Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. In addition to administrative duties, this role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with information about the organization.
  • Maintain the front desk by ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintenance of office supplies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping
$850 - $1150week
