Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining an organized workspace, and assisting with daily office tasks.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
$850 - $1150week
