About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.

Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with efficiency and care.

Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

Maintain accurate client records and assist with data entry tasks.

Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.

Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Provide support for billing and insurance inquiries when necessary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach.

Experience in healthcare or home care settings is preferred.
