Sales Bizlab We are seeking a motivated and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth communication flow within the office. As the Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance visitor experience.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
