Position: Office Receptionist

Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience while visiting our office. Your primary responsibilities will involve greeting guests, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
