Receptionist for a non-profit client in Lombard, IL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively with daily tasks.

TEMP to HIRE opportunity.1st Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (can be flexible)
Pay: $18-$20/hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
- Assist with preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Enter information into a Database.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak Greek, preferred but no required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
