Are you a
bilingual (Spanish/English) Payroll & Office Manager with deep experience in
the Construction or Landscaping industryWhat You'll Do:
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Oversee payroll tax filings, wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and labor law compliance.
- Administer employee records, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and workflow optimization.
- Handle billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor paperwork, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, supporting a diverse workforce.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of payroll and office management experience, specifically in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to communicate effectively with employees and vendors.
- Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
- Experience working with companies with 100 plus employees high preferred
- Familiarity with progress billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor documentation is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
