Seeking an Office Operations/Hospitality Clerk to work at a great firm in Newark, NJ. This person will support within Services and Mailroom Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and iManage for daily tasks
- Sort, scan, distribute, and log incoming mail, faxes, and packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Manage print, copy, scan, and binding jobs, including CD/DVD duplication
- Coordinate messenger services and outgoing mail, including postage and stamping
- Maintain inventory of office and mailroom supplies; prepare and restock as needed
- Set up and clean conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Assist with moving boxes, files, and materials between locations as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment
- Report maintenance concerns promptly to ensure minimal disruption
- Understand and follow machine operation procedures and postage regulations
- Follow written and verbal instructions effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Lift up to 30 pounds as needed
