Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant / Receptionist Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Office Manager who will also serve as a Executive Assistant and Receptionist. This dynamic role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage office operations while providing executive-level support and front-desk reception duties. We are looking for someone can handle the day-to-day tasks, as well as reinforce our employee first culture by supporting employee engagement events. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. Coordinate office maintenance, IT support, and facility-related needs. Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and scheduling logistics. Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and administrative tasks. Executive Assistant Duties: Provide direct support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Receptionist Duties: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as appropriate. Maintain conference room schedules and ensure meeting spaces are properly set up. Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and courier services. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3+ years in an office management, executive assistant, or receptionist role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), calendar management tools, and office systems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Abilities: Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
