Our client is a distributor of emergency power back-up power systems for hospitals and airports. We are looking for an experienced administrative person to support the day-to-day business.
- Pay is $20-$25 per Hour.
- This is a 1st Shift Position. Up to 20 hrs/week
- This job is in Shaker Heights, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinating blue prints/design plans with clients
- Managing business activities
- Invoicing clients
- Processing client payments
- General administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Microsoft Office
- Working independently
- Accounts Receivables/Invoicing Experience
