What Youll Do:

• Manage daily office operations (billing, deposits, refunds, finance processing)

• Provide administrative and operational support across 9 Mattress Firm store locations and 2 distribution centers

• Support leadership with event planning, store openings, and company initiatives

• Organize team celebrations, contests, and community charity events

• Assist with vendor relations, warranty claims, and travel arrangements

• Track financing reports, warranties, and invoice matching

• Coordinate training and development opportunities with other franchise locations

• Provide operational support directly to ownership and leadership team

• Occasional travel to ND store locations as needed

What You Bring:

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Positive, outgoing attitude with excellent people skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Basic finance and billing knowledge (preferred but not required)

• Valid drivers license

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $36,000$40,000 annually + Bonus Opportunity, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth

Education:
