Legal Office Manager - Boutique Corporate Law Firm (Wilmington, DE)

100% Onsite Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Base Salary: Up to $80,000+

A respected HIGH-LEVEL small / mid-sized boutique corporate law firm in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Legal Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and provide vital administrative and office support. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a professional setting, enjoys client interaction, and has experience keeping a legal office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Experience

  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients
  • Answer incoming calls and manage voicemail professionally
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and kitchen area

Office Administration

  • Support the firm's COO with administrative projects
  • Handle vendor relationships (IT, office supplies, maintenance, etc.)
  • Manage conference room scheduling, access cards, and office keys
  • Order office and kitchen supplies, maintain library, and update safety equipment

Legal Admin Support

  • Assist with e-filing, binder creation, invoicing, and overflow secretarial tasks
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements as needed
  • Communicate with the landlord on building-related issues

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Strong phone and client-facing communication skills
  • Familiarity with legal office operations, calendaring, and documentation
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and able to manage administrative systems confidently
