Seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist /Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, offering assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining well-organized records.
  • Create customer profiles, generate job entries, and process invoices in QuickBooks (training provided).
  • Obtain quotes for the sales team as needed.
  • Receive and verify materials against purchase orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team effectively.
